Valuation / Feasibility

Pathfinder USA, on your behalf, will:

• Review your company’s and/or shareholders’ objectives including the need for liquidity, tax deferral, and value creation
• Analyze the financial condition of the company such as growth prospects, profit margins, operating history, customer concentration, and cash flow
• Perform a valuation. Estimate the equity value of the company eligible for an ESOP or other buy-out scenarios
• Determine the optimal capital structure for the transaction; owner finance, debt, equity, hybrid, lease buyback etc
• Analyze the debt service capacity of the company and the market for the required financing
• Provide a report for us to sit down and discuss with you and/or your selected management and family members
