Steve Ridgley has worked in the business and financial services industry over the span of his thirty-five-year career. He began his career in corporate accounting and taxes which included executive management and controller positions.

For the past twenty years Steve has been a consultant to business owners in many different business sectors. His niche is in business succession planning and enjoys finding solutions for business owners as how to sell, merge or pass their business to family members or employees.

With his years of experience in taxes, insurance, securities and executive management he is able to optimize business value and transfer it to owners with  a huge emphasis on capital gains, income and recapture taxes. His goal is to retain maximum value of the business which the owner has created over their lifetime and transfer it to them in the form of cash or income.

He is designated as an Accredited Business Intermediary ABI (allows for the consulting in a sale or purchase of a business).
